WINE TASTING AND CROCODILE FARM

Last Sunday I went to the winelands.
We woke up aerly so we didn't have time to have our breakfast. After 30 minutes drive we arrived to a very nice place with wood tables and old-fashion decoration that reminded us an old villa. We were offered 6 different wines and a woman explained us how the wine was made. There were some of them with strange flavours, banana or pepper. I didn't like them too much but I drank everything because it was different. After the sixth glasses I felt a little bit sick but at that point began the cheese tasting. We were really looking foward this moment. Chesses were really nice specially one with strawberry flavour.
Afterwards we went to another place to do wine tasting. I was really surprised because I didn't know we were goint to drink so much wine ... we sat around a table and we drank 6 more glasses of wine. It was really nice because I was nearly drunk sitting in a beatiful place on the shadow of a beatiful tree in Southafrica.

TABLE MOUNTAIN

Two days ago, I went with my friend to visit table mountain.

This place is amazing, we were very lucky because as we arrived we were told that in half an hour the price of the ticket would be half the price as a regular ticket. So we waited, in the meantime we took some nice pictures from there.
We took the cableway to go to the top of the mountain, at the begining we were a little bit scared, but at the end I felt like beeing in a lift but with really nice views.
As we arrived to the top, we were really excited despite the fact that the clouds didn't allow us to see the beautiful landscape of the city.
We took several photos and we realized that many people were enjoying a nice dinner with cheese, toasts and they were drinking champagne in nice cups in the sunset light.
What a mistake,...!!! We thought, next time we will carry all those things. It is very chic, being in table mountain drinking champagne...

The only thing we ate was an poor apple ....that is why we need to go to table mountain another time.

SNAKES IN CAPETOWN

Three days ago,

I friend of mine went to a beach a little way out of cape town and we tried to find a quiet and peaceful place to spend the whole day lying on the sand and enjoying the sun... As we were walking through a path he felt something on the foot and he realized that his foot was bleeding...

He is addicted to holywood films so he knew what to do, ( like a real survivor) he began to swallow the blood in case the poison was inside the blood, he did it several times.. after we went to the water and he put the foot inside and he stopped bleeding... so he felt release...

Despite the bight he lay on the sand the whole day and the day after we went to the doctor just to check that everything was ok...
He was shocked as the doctor told him that he had been bitten by a snake that was frightened of him.

Now he laughs at this experience and he told me that he has a real history to tell.

MY FIRST SAFARI

On saturday we went with ef school to a Safari.

I was really excited about this excursion, I was going to see wild animals.... After a two hour drive we arrived at the place and we were offered some biscuits and drinks.. We jumped in a pick-up car and the supposed adverture began... After driving five minutes we stopped and the guide explained to us some courious information about lions... we were told not toput our hand out of the car.. ouhhhh!!! a wild lion could eat us.. that was interesting...

The car drove and we were looking for them... but after 10 minutes, then 15 minutes we hadn't still found the lions ... finally the guide shouted... There,,.. Can you see them???
I thought that the lion was going to stand in front of us and roar loudly .... but I could not see anything.. at the end I could figure out the 4 shadows lying on the floor, sleeping 50 meters far from where we were... I tried to take a picture, but the lion was not in my photo... no!!!!! How can I show my friends this pictures....????

Finally we could see some giraffes, springboks, hippos, zebras.... but they were so calm and quiet.. that it was like going to a zoo...

At the end of the excursion I took some pictures from the nice wild pictures from the reception so I could have real interesting photos to show...
